Hi. I just bought this to try to correct the really annoying fact that spanning sync seems to have duplicated all my contacts. That’s bad enough, but the tools don’t seem to work. It scans, brings up the fix window, but when you press ‘fix’ nothing happens. I’m finding the same exactly with the Calendar tool.
