Hi,

Spanning Sync creates a backup of your calendar and contact data
whenever you install or update Spanning Sync. You can access the
backup data for your Address Book this way:

*Make sure you quit Address Book if it's open
*Your Address Book backup files are located here:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->
Application Support-> Spanning Sync (this is the folder the backups
are located)

*Find your latest "AdressBook-backup" file and double click it to
unzip it. You'll be left with an "AddressBook" folder.
*Use the "AddressBook" folder from the backup to replace this folder:

Hard Drive->  Users->  Home User (house icon)->  Library->
Application Support-> AddressBook (this is the folder to replace)

*Now you can open Address Book again and should have all your contact
data present

Thanks,

Byron
