Hi, You can share your two Google calendars with different access privileges, so that's not a problem. You can also perform a two-way sync with these calendars and your iCal application, which would then sync that data to your iPod Touch. The only thing that won't work is Spanning Sync won't sync those two calendars to a merged single calendar. Spanning Sync uses one-to-one calendar pairing when syncing your iCal data with your Google Calendar account.
