Lasse, This isn't a limitation of Spanning Sync. The reason Exchange calendars only sync one-way is because Apple Sync Services won't sync Exchange calendars bi-directionaly. Unless we can find some kind of a work-around, or Apple changes this, it's not going to be possible.
