Hi Brian, As of Spanning Sync 3.0.2 you can select Exchange calendars that have been configured in iCal for syncing, however Apple does not allow sync clients to modify these calendars (the reasons for this aren't totally clear; it may change in a future OS update) so they show up as read- only calendars that only sync in one direction.
