Hi Ryan,

It sounds like you have some problems with your keychain.  I'd suggest
running 'Keychain First Aid':

*Open Keychain Access
*Click on the Keychain Access menu
*Select 'Keychain First Aid' from the menu
*Enter your password and select 'Repair' on the right
*Click the 'Start' button

Any better?
