Thanks for the hint... but it still didn't fix it.

It's giving me the same error then asking me to "restore keychain to
defaults", which I did once and that too didn't fix it.

Doh!

Should I "Start Over" within Spanning Sync and reinstall it??? (It did
hang a bit when it did the update last time)
