I sync my google apps account to my mac and to my iPhone. My Mac contacts and calendars are synced thanks to spanning sync. Mail thanks to IMAP.
My iPhone contacts, calendars and mail are handled by Google's mail/ exchange sync option. But my iPhone has an app called NoteMaster that replaces the built in notes app and syncs all my notes to google docs inside my google apps account. All I'm missing now is a way to sync a folder on my Mac with my Google Apps / Google Docs.
