I have Spanning Sync on my Macbook and have used it for more than a year (without issue) to sync with my Google Calendar. Today I added Spanning Sync to our new iMac and it loaded and synced fine on my login on my iMac but we can not get it to work on my husband's login on the same iMac. We want to have a family calendar and in the FAQ's it stated that Spanning Sync can be used across multiple users' accounts on a single computer but I am unable to get it to work. I have tried logging off of my iCal on my user login and then trying to sync my husband's calendar but it will just say "unable to retrieve information from Google."
Please help. We want to be able to have multiple 'password protected' logins on our home computer because we can each have our own desktop, custom dock, email, etc but can't seem to use iCal with Spanning Sync on both logins on the same iMac. I am the administrator on the iMac and have set it up so that all users can use spanning sync and my google calendars but it still won't sync on anyone's login but mine.
