Hi Andy, Spanning Sync will sync your Mac's iCal and Address Book data with your Google account, and in return MobileMe will have access to all that information as well. However, Spanning Sync will not do anything regarding Exchange. You'd need to find a Google/Exchange sync solution to complete what you're wanting to do. This may be of some help:
