I specifically use Spanning Sync to sync Google and my MacBook. My Android phone, a Droid X, syncs with Google. In the end, I have a round-about way of syncing my MacBook with my Droid phone by using Google as an intermediate step.
If you have your phone set to sync with Google, then syncing your Mac with Google via Spanning Sync will accomplish what you're looking to do, if I'm understanding your question correctly.
