I've been a satisfied Spanning Sync user since January.

I noticed today that iCal wasn't showing an event deletion I made a
couple of days ago on the Google side. When I looked at the Spanning
Sync in the menu bar, it indicated that the last sync happened a week
ago. I tried to sync manually from the menu bar a couple of times and
got no response. Next I tried to open Spanning Sync in System
Preferences, but it wouldn't load.

At this point I decided to reinstall the app. I uninstalled Spanning
Sync, restarted the computer, and did a new install from the software
download I got in January. During the install, the software asked me
to update from version 3.0.4 to version 3.1.1, which I did.

Now, finally, I could open Spanning Sync in System Preferences. It
showed that the version was updated. I reset all my calendars, hit
"Sync Now" — and got nothing. I changed sync schedule to 10 min., to
manual, &c., and hit "Sync Now" several more times. Still nothing.
"Last sync" just says "never," no matter what I do.

So what's going on? I can't think of anything I've done in the last
week that should affect Spanning Sync. The computer's the same as it
was. I haven't installed other software having to do with calendar or
contacts.

Thanks.
