I'm aware it's now available to everyone, but the FAQ at the bottom of that
page (which is the same one I linked to in my previous post) still indicates
that users have to manually hit the "Upgrade Now" link to move to the new
Calendar system. Further, a question down at the bottom of the FAQ further
implies that users are not being automatically upgraded at this point,
merely that it's a "recommended" upgrade:

*Do I have to upgrade to the new MobileMe Calendar?*

Of course, they don't quite say that you *don't* have to upgrade, and it
does seem likely that Apple will eventually convert everyone over en masse,
but for now at least it appears to be opt-in.
