Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with Spanning
Sync. If you want us to find out what's causing all the activity in
the log file, please create and email us a troubleshooting report
(Advanced-> Create Report) to [email protected].

If you want to uninstall Spanning Sync you can do by removing the
following:

~/Library/PreferencePanes/Spanning Sync.prefPane (~ refers to your
home directory)

If you chose to install for all users on the computer, you'll also
need to remove this file:

/Library/PreferencePanes/Spanning Sync.prefPane

Please let us know if you have any questions or problems.

Thanks,

Byron
