Hi Shannon,

Can you reproduce the issue using a "Test Contact"?  If so,
immediately create and email us a troubleshooting report (Advanced->
Create Report) to [email protected].  Please include a detailed
description of the exact steps you took to reproduce the issue so we
can track it in the report.
