I'm new to Spanning Sync so first, let me say thank you for this software. I've recently converted from PC to Mac and I think it's a smart move for my business.
I've noticed that the sync takes about 30 minutes (at least) to sync my Google calendar and iCal. Is that normal? Also, when I set up the sync, I was warned that iCal could only be synced one-way. I have exchange driving my iCal and of course, would like it to sync both ways.
