I updated Spanning Sync software. My new calendar events were not syncing. I checked Spanning Sync preferences and my primary calendar was not checked to sync with Google. I checked it and new events synced.
Then on the next sync. I ended up with duplicate events in both Entourage and iCal. At this time the events are not duplicated in my Google calendar or my iPhone. Your troubleshooting guide suggests I check the time zone settings on all devices and calendars. I did that. they are all set correctly. What the troubleshooting guide does not tell me is how to get rid of all the duplicates. I have hundreds, maybe thousands of duplicate events in Entourage and iCal now. What are my options?
