Hi, If you're having issues syncing contacts and contact data between iCal and Outlook, that doesn't involve Spanning Sync. Spanning Sync is only syncing your iCal and Address Book data with your Google account. I believe you said that Spanning Sync is actually syncing some of the missing contact data with Google, which probably means that Apple Sync Services needs to be reset:
* Option-click the Apple sync menu extra * Select "Reset Sync Services" You might also need to reset Microsoft Sync Services.
