Hi Jeff, Yes, it is technically possible to do a one-way "dump" of the Address Book, including iCloud contacts, to Google on a schedule. This doesn't work with the Spanning Sync architecture since we use Apple's Sync Services and Sync Services doesn't tell us about changes to iCloud- based contacts. So, the implementation of this feature would require quite a bit of new plumbing and currently it's not something we have planned on the horizon. Of course, if enough people would find it useful, we'll consider it.
