Hello Team I recently tried the Trial version and was very happy with the results that I went ahead and purchased the official version.
So now, I started it with the Purchased version and it just spins and spins without moving the data at all. This is very disappointing. I am eager to here form the team for any assistance. p.s. yes, I did reset everything to see if that was the issue.
