Hi Kris,

If everything else is working (using the TPP GUI, etc), it's probably not a
webserver issue.  It sounds like a pepXMLViewer issue.  It's a program just
like any other, and sometimes crashes, especially if the pepXML has missing
elements, etc.  It will be a little more resilient to crashes in the
upcoming 4.2.0 release, which we're now aiming for a release in the next two
weeks.

I would take a quick look at the usual easy things,such as  bad filenames
(containing spaces or other illegal characters) or strange characters in
your fasta file.
