I'm trying to build TPP_v3.4.2_SQUALL on CentOS5 using gcc version 4.1.2 for a labkey installation. It chugs along for a while until: /usr/lib/libboost_regex.a(cregex.o): (.rodata._ZTVN5boost9re_detail10parser_bufIcSt11char_traitsIcEEE [vtable for boost::re_detail::parser_buf<char, std::char_traits<char> >]+0x38): undefined reference to `std::basic_streambuf<char, std::char_traits<char> >::xsputn(char const*, int)' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [ProteinProphet] Error 1
