I'm new to this so I apologize if these are stupid questions. Is using DTA and OUT files the only way to feed Sequest data to TPP? I mean having to generate thousands of dta and out files for each sample we want analyzed by TPP seems very inefficient. Is there another way or at least a way to streamline the process?
