Hi All, I'm interested in the use of the iProphet tool in the TPP and was trying to find some references for the use of iProphet. I've seen the ASMS poster but I was wondering if there is a publication in a refereed journal that is 'the' iProphet paper. Also, if anyone has some publications that are out there using iProphet in their analysis that would be really useful.
