Hi I have been analyzing iTRAQ data with TPP mostly without any hiccups. I rely on peptide prophet to set a FDR so I open the results for peptide prophet from pepxml viewer. i can do this without any problem the session I do all analysis starting from .OUT files. However when I log on to TPP after a few days and try to open Peptide prophet results , it gives me a white page. This is the location of the file it is trying to open;

The only way I deal with this problem is to run the whole analysis again, which is very time consuming. thank you very much for your help in advance.
