Hello everyone, I'm running a Waters Q-Tof 2 and have been trying to
use msBID on a set of testdata which converts fine to mzXML.
Feature extraction works fine after adjusting cutoff, but trying to
match this back to a pepXML file generated with a mascot search only
renders the following error messages:

I've tried a couple of different ways to obtain the pepXML file but
would very much like to get anyone elses input on this, since I don't
really know where to start.
