Hi, I searched my spectrum by both Mascot and Spectrum Mill. Can I combine both search results into the same TPP analysis? Also, I have a dummy question here, shall I accept matches that cross threshold from either Mascot or Spectrum Mill or, accept matches that cross the threshold of both? any thoughts? Thank you!
