It's a MSDOS command line program. You should run the following command: "C:\Program Files\trapper\trapper.exe" -v -c --mzXML your_file.d your_file.mzXML Note: -v is to visualize the progress, -c is to centroid the data (you can use -p to export mzXML profile data) and --mzXML is the output format.
