This is a very basic question, but I can't seem to figure out my problem. I just downloaded TPP, and I am trying to convert my .D files from an Agilent MS to .mzXML.
I open TPP and go to Analysis Pipeline. In "1. Input File Format' I select "Agilent .d Directories." I then click on "Add Files" in "2. Specify Directory(ies) to convert to mzXML." I have added my .D files to "c: / Inetpub / wwwroot / ISB / data /" and they are present when I click on "Add Files," but their size is 0 k and they do not convert. I transferred the .D files from to my laptop which is where I downloaded TPP. Any suggestions on how to get my .D to .mzXML?
