A while back I posted a question about how to add a custom digest site to the TPP. I never got a reply so I thought I'd post a follow-up describing how I did it. First off, many thanks for David Shteynberg for his help.
I've posted the steps to adding a custom enzyme cleavage site on the TPP Wiki.
