Hello, I am trying to convert Agilent d.files to mzXML with trapper and I am having some problems doing it. This is the first time I use the software so I hope someone can help me. My data is in folder C:\test \011.d When I give the command --mzXML C:test\011.d C:\test\011.mzXML I get error message: ERROR at . \MHDACWrapper.cpp, 49: HR = -2147221164 ERROR - CoCreateInstance failed. unable to open data file with MassHunter interface.
Am I doing something wrong or is the problem in the Trapper? The data is acquired with Agilent triple quadrupole instrument (operated with MassHunter version B.01.04).
