Hi, I am a first time user of spctools. I am trying to go through the demo documented at
http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Demo2009 I got stuck when I am trying to perform step 4: 4. Search data with X!Tandem at the fourth bullet point: Similarly, under Specify Tandem Parameters File choose the Tandem parameters file called tandem.xml located in the same directory. In the downloaded archive, I could not find this tandem.xml file. Otherwise, I have downloaded the two mzxml files and the .fasta file. Could someone help me to find this parameterfile for this demonstration?
