Hi, I have tried using mzWIFF version 4.3.1, which comes with the latest version of TPP. I used it with the following parameters;
mzWiff.exe --mzXML -G -v -d -c -GPM1 -PP0.1 rawData.wiff It begins processing the file, but eventually gives me a com error with error number 80070057. The error message also said the parameter was incorrect. I tried removing some parameters to see which one was incorrect and found that removing the -c (centroiding) parameter, solved the problem and allowed the file conversion to finish. I really need to have centroiding enabled. The systems administrator here where I work said it sounds like mzWIFF is using the incorrect parameter with AnalystQS. So it's a problem with the way mzWIFF is communicating with AnalystQS. We have AnalystQS 2.0 installed. I would really appreciate some help on the problem.
