Hello Lik wee,
This is a confusing message. "chmod +x" is a linux command, and yet
you're trying to run a windows program (.exe) on Windows. Are you
trying "chmod" from mingw or cygwin shell? If so, please note that the
linux concept of permissions does not map well to Windows; if you search
the mingw support lists you'll find discussions about this, and the
command is basically included in mingw for completeness but does not do
anything.
In short-- change windows permissions from windows (file properties) and
test the program from a windows shell (cmd)-- hopefully that will give
you more info.
Hope you're well, and best of luck!
Natalie

Hi,
I downloaded omssa-2.1.7.win32. However, when I tried to run
omssacl.exe, I got the message
"The system cannot execute the specified program."
I also tried chmod +x omssacl.exe but it doesn't solve the problem.
My system is Window XP Professional, Version 2002, Service Pack 3.
Has any encountered this problem?
Thanks,
Lik wee
