Dear Luis,
I'll try to make it. You are also invited to visit our poster: "Rapid
covalent pre-gel modification of proteins for their instant
visualization and subsequent mass spectrometric characterization",
Monday Poster Session, MP04 (Covalent Labeling), Slot 081.
We covalently modify proteins before the SDS-PAGE, search the MS/MS
spectra with OMSSA and evaluate the OMSSA hits with
Peptide/ProteinProphet. The results are compatible with TPP and PRIDE.
Best regards, Robert

Please feel free to drop by and say hello to me, and bring your
PeptideAtlas/TPP-related software and/or installation questions.
Several of our colleagues will be presenting posters as well.
Please let your coworkers or any other interested people know, too!
Also, please let us know if you have a poster or oral presentation of
research that makes use of the TPP; we'll try to drop by and visit.
Thanks,
