The Proteome Discoverer result file (MSF file) is supported by Scaffold. Since Scaffold is (for all intents and purposes) a different implementation of the TPP algorithms that would be your path of least resistance, but it is a commercial product.
Under the hood, MSF files are based on SQLITE3, so it should be simple to translate it into pepXML and protXML, but I have not done that item on my to-do list yet. Anyone else take a stab at this already? -angel On Jul 8, 12:02 pm, Daniel Macedo Lorenzini <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > Is there a way to import Sequest results from Thermo Proteome Discoverer > into TPP? > > Thanks, > > Daniel > > -- > Daniel Macedo Lorenzini > Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul > Centro de Pesquisas em Biologia Molecular e Funcional. > Av.
