Dear developers, I have tried to run Mascot2XML from the Petunia GUI, by providing a Mascot DAT file and the appropriate Fasta file. Unfortunately I got this error:
command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\Mascot2XML c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/ Maarten/F256131.dat -Dc:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Maarten/ trichoplax_best_models_revconcat.fasta -Etrypsin -notgz" failed: Operation not permitted As far as I can see this should be related to using Trypsin/P in Mascot, while I could only choose Trypsin from your list of enzymes. Obviously, I can run a second Mascot search with Trypsin. But for these data we chose Trypsin/P as more aprropriate. Would it be possible to add this enzyme to your list of enzymes?
