Hello, I've been using massWolf for a while to convert some raw files.
There are a couple of features that I'd like to add to the software. - The first one is to add the processing of Diode array functions. Is there a mzXML specification for UV data? - The second one is to output the function number for each scan, or having a way to associate functions with scans. As far as I understand, there is no way to get that information for now. For some reasons massWolf sort all the ScanHeader by retention time. This is ennoying for my MSe data since I have more than one function, and the low and high energy function are overlapped in time. Can I contribute?
