I put some Sequest output files (.out and .dta files) in my folder C: \Inetpub\wwwroot\ISB\data\MOUSEMOACETD, however neither the pepXML converter and mzXML converter can find any files there. I believe there must be a small mistake somewhere, but I just cannot identify it. Any cues? thank you!
