Hi, Although Thermo people told me otherwise Xcalibur works fine under win 7-64 bit. so I managed to convert the.raw files to mzxml format and I tried to run a sequest search using the params file from bioworks that I dont have any access right now. TPP(4.4) is looking for sequest under bioworks folder (which I dont have on this computer)
