Hi, XPRESS has the option to fix light to 1 and vary heavy or the other way around. The PeptideProphet results reflect this correctly, however the ProteinProphet results seem to always fix heavy to 1 regardless of the xpress option selected. Is there an option to have ProteinProphet use the same rule as XPRESS?
