I have successfully converted my .raw (Agilent ) into .mxXML, did a database search with sequent and converted the results to .pep.xml. I can even view the pepxml on the web interface. However, every time when I try to proceed to the analysis stage, the command will fail with an "Unknown error". A system error with PepXMLViewer.cgi pops out and states it has encountered an error and needs to be closed. As the following, "0x004661bf" command reference "0x00000000" memory. This is because, I failed to open the pepxml file using PepXMLViewer.cgi.
