Dear All: May I check one qestion about the computer setting for TPP search? Currently, I am using one PC, which has the duo core and 2G Ram. When I try to analyze the Velo data (almost 4 G for raw file and 12 G for the dat file) for Asap ratio and Xpress ratio, it will take very long time. After finishing, I click the interested protein and want to see the details for each peptide ASAP ratio information, It almost takes forever and never load them.
Any recommendation for the computer setting in order to analyze these big size files?
