Hi, I am trying to test XPRESS label-free option by using the XPRESS -l option and I have struggles parsing the relevant parameters of the pepXML. I wonder if there is any simple solution to do so? In addition I don't see that any of the label free info is incorporated into protXML, is there a way to that too? Are there any plans to include the label-free related options (quantification and visualization) in the GUI. Many thanks, Oded
