Hej. I am just trying to automate the data analysis with TPP and ran into a problem with the data analysis. When I run a database search (with Tandem) from the Web Interface, it states that the command is something like this:
run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Florian/FS230_237_Tails_brain_b1/ FS_analysis/N-acetylated; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ ISB/data/Florian/FS230_237_Tails_brain_b1/FS_analysis/N-acetylated/ L_MB_FS230_P241011_151111.tandem.params When I give exactly this command in the command line, it obviously cannot work, because the *.tandem.params is not yet created. So what is the command to create the .tandem.params file for each *.mzXML file? And where can I give the database to use as a command line option?
