Hi David, Thanks for the swift answer! I had hear about iProphet but I'll read your publication to fully grab what this tool is about. Still, it is not an option I can use right away since I am using the Sorcerer 2 data analysis system (Sage-N research) which uses a previous version of the TPP and will upgrade soon to version 4.4.1, whereas iProphet has been added to version 4.5.0 if I am not mistaken. I'll see what I can do with the pepXML.
