That's puzzling. The "list separator" also has to be ";" but that's a separate error message. I
wonder if your "." is actually some different unicode character? Please copy/paste it from the
regional language dialog to your reply.

You can solve it yourself by changing your decimal separator to be '.' in
regional/language
settings. This is not an msconvert problem, it is a limitation of
MSFileReader. Contact Thermo
if you want to add your complaints to our own (we've tried to get it
changed!). :)
If your decimal separator is already '.' then that's a separate problem.
