I'm looking into this software for the University of Nebraska, and I was wondering why an option to use OMSSA (as opposed to Tandem, Sequest, etc.) was not included in the interface. Was there a particular obstacle during development? We are looking at perhaps integrating this into the interface if there are no major obstacles that would prohibit this.
