Hi Alex, I would like to use qualscore on the TPP, but I have also encountered problems. First I realised that our version of TPP did not include right bundle of java scripts, so I went and downloaded and installed them, according to the instructions in this thread:

However, I am still having some problems getting it to output readable files when I input pep.xml files. It is quite possible that I have made an error upstream in my file processing.
