Dear TPP team,

I have a question about using the msconvert in TPP package. When I try to
convert a wiff file (test-6.wiff, 166MB) to mzML, I got 5 mzML files with
suffix that I really don't know what it is about.

The first 3 files (test-6-2.mzML, test-6-11.mzML, test-6-12.mzML) are only
about 3 kB, and the last two (test-6-13.mzML, test-6-14.mzML) are about
500-600 MB.

here is the log info:

I use the the TPP_Setup_v4_5_RAPTURE_rev_2, with AB's Analyst QS 1.1
library.

Can anyone explain why I got 5 instead of 1 single mzML file? Plus, I'm
wondering if it is normal that mzML files are 10X times bigger than wiff.
files?

thank you so much!
